Physical Fitness the Old Fashioned Way

30 October 2012, I attempted some Crossfit exercises.  I'm coming off of a long weeekend of recovering from the cold.  I'm not as strong as I was when I was completing Triathlons and my diet has not been great.  I forget the name of the specific exercise but the goal was to copmlete five rounds of the following: 20 Pullups, 30 pushups, 40 situps, and 50 unweighted squats.  I completed 3 rounds in 26:49. 

Pull ups were by FAR my weakest event, I think I was able to complete about 4 or 5 on my own.  The rest I gave mysefl a boost by pushing off with my toes.  If it wasn't for the level of exhaustion that resulted from completing the pullups, there is an outside chance that I could have completed five rounds of this exercise.
